Why kill it as an Ironman

Mole skins/claws -> bird nests (tree seeds and Saradomin brews). Immaculate mole skin (1/50, 2026): Gem sack or 5 nests. Falador hard diary.

Simple boss under Falador Park. Protect from Melee, a stab weapon and you are done. The annoying part: it burrows below half HP; the Falador shield 3/4 shows where it went.

Its only attack, up to 21. Protect from Melee negates it fully.

Burrow

Between 5% and 50% HP each hit has a 25% chance to make it dig away. Find it with the Falador shield.

Dirt on your light

Digging can put out your light. Use a covered light source (Bullseye lantern).

1. Ring of wealth to Falador Park. Dig a mole hill on the west side with a spade and a lit light source.
2. Protect from Melee and attack with stab (its lowest defence) or earth spells (50% weak).
3. If it burrows, use the Falador shield to locate it and run. Stamina potions.
4. Pick up Mole skins and claws to trade for nests.

• 💡 Falador Hard diary: the shield locates the mole and notes skins and claws. Almost mandatory.
• 💡 Poison does not make it dig. Without high Herblore, the Rune spear (kp) from Tai Bwo Wannai Trio has Poison(++) strength.
• 💡 Private instance: 12.5k for ironmen (6.25k with Hard CA). Magic splashes do not make it dig either.
