Two phases: grounded she resists magic and ranged (use crush melee), airborne she resists melee (use ranged). Her magic and ranged always land: pray Protect from Magic and stand under her.

Phase 1 grounded

Protect from Magic and hit her with crush (Keris) while adjacent: that way half her attacks are melee.

Phase 2 wasp

When phase 1 drops run under her immediately. Keep Protect from Magic and switch to ranged. You have 20 minutes.

Workers

Near the cocoons each hit has a 1/20 chance to hatch a Kalphite Worker. With several around she cannot move and you can flinch her.

Flinching (ironman)

Line up the 2 guardians and KQ by the rope, trap her against the middle cocoon and hit her every 10 ticks with melee. Leave and re-enter to reset the instance.

1. Bring 2 ropes (or Desert hard diary) and sip antipoison: soldiers and guardians poison.
2. Before charging in drink potions and turn on Protect from Magic + Piety.
3. Phase 1: crush melee under her. DWH/Elder maul speeds up both phases.
4. When the first form dies run under, eat and switch to blowpipe for the wasp.
5. If low on food step under her so she hits less.

• 💡 The Slayer helm on a kalphite task is the biggest DPS boost here: wait for the task.
• 💡 Ring of suffering (ri) with recoil beats a strength ring because she hits you so often. Verac's hits in both phases without a task.
