Why kill it as an Ironman

Unsired -> Abyssal dagger, Bludgeon, whip, Jar of miasma. Alternative to the task.

Three phases: stun him with Shadow Barrage and destroy the 4 respiratory systems, then melee on Row 1, and finally he explodes and floods the room with spawns. Auto Retaliate off.

Phase 1: vents

Wake him with a ranged attack then cast Shadow Barrage (27 s stun). Kill the 4 vents: the Scorching bow one-shots them. Awake tentacles hit 30.

Phase 2: melee

Stay on Row 1: attacking from range teleports you in and blasts for 60. Hits up to 66, max 26 with Protect from Melee.

Miasma pools

He clutches his claws: 3x3 pool under you, 10-30 per tick in the middle. Run 2 tiles.

Spawns and scions

After 15 s they become scions (ranged up to 16). Protect from Missiles at all times in phase 3.

Phase 3 explosion

Under ~140 HP he teleports you next to him and explodes (96): run to Row 3. Then do not kill minions and keep moving until he makes 3 pools.

1. Fairy ring DIP. Check the eyes by the Font: only 1 player per Sire.
2. Phase 1: ranged to wake him, Shadow Barrage, kill one side's vents, re-stun, the other.
3. When he steps out attack him and melee on Row 1.
4. Under 50% (212 HP) he walks south: Row 2 and Protect from Missiles.
5. Phase 3: dump specs, run to Row 3 when teleported and finish him.
