Three-headed dragon: you cross level 42 Wilderness but the lair is safe. Fight in melee range with Protect from Melee, an anti-dragon shield and antifire: that way he uses fewer special breaths.

Only if adjacent (max 25). Protect from Melee negates it fully and lowers the chance of special breaths.

Fiery breath

Up to 65. Anti-dragon shield + extended antifire cut it to almost 0. With a 2h weapon pray Protect from Magic instead of Melee.

Special breaths

Toxic (poison), shocking (-2 stats) or icy (6 s freeze), up to 50. With a shield the effect chance drops to 1/8. Bring Antidote++.

Wilderness route

Only 3 items are kept (4 with Protect Item). If teleblocked you cannot use the lever.

1. Burning amulet to Lava Maze, west then north along the fence, gate, ladder and lever.
2. Sip Antidote++ and extended antifire at the bank (48 min) and bring only what you can lose.
3. Next to him with Protect from Melee + Piety, attack with stab (lance, hasta or Fang).
4. With 5-tick weapons walk under after each hit: he attacks once per hit of yours.
5. Finish with a house tab: teleports work inside the lair.
