Why kill it as an Ironman

Giant rat in Varrock Sewers with 3 phases. Protect from Melee until 30% HP, dodge the rubble and kill the rats with a rat bone weapon. The private instance is free and weaker.

His fastest, most accurate attack, up to 13. Protect from Melee in phases 1 and 2.

Bolts of electricity

Up to 8 solo, inaccurate. Switch to Protect from Magic only once he stops using melee.

Falling bricks

He jumps and rubble falls: one piece always targets your tile. Step off the shadow or take 15-22.

Giant rats

He screeches and 6 rats appear, hitting 0-1 through prayer. One hit kills; no attack delay with a rat bone weapon.

Food pile healing

At 80% he goes to a Food Pile and heals 5-10 several times. There he only uses magic and ranged.

1. Sewer east of Varrock Palace, through the Broken bars. Right-click: create an instance (free, 500 HP).
2. Phase 1: Protect from Melee and attack. Dodge the rubble.
3. Phase 2 (80%): he goes to the Food Pile. Pray against magic or ranged while he eats. Kill the rats.
4. Phase 3 (30%): centre, magic and ranged only, chained rubble. Watch the shadows and move.
5. Once Scurrius is dead, kill the remaining rats: they stop you healing at the Food Pile.
