Slayer boss on the Great Conch (Sailing). Hits melee through prayer unless you wear a Tortugan shield and knocks you back if your worn gear weighs under 40 kg. Move 1 tile every attack.

Tortugan shield + Protect from Melee negate its melee; without the shield it wrecks you. Sometimes uses ranged.

30 unavoidable if worn gear is under 40 kg. At 40+ kg it is stunned 2 ticks: click to attack and you shove it instead.

Corrosive spit

Orange blob: move 1 tile or take 3-12 six times.

Whirlwinds

'Flaps its wings' message: a whirlwind every 3 ticks at your position (max 5), stacked ones grow. Move 1 tile per attack and never stand on one.

1. Fairy ring CJQ and run north (or charter ship to the Great Conch).
2. Equip 40+ kg (check with an empty inventory) and the Tortugan shield.
3. Protect from Melee + Piety and hit it with slash.
4. 1 step per attack, get off the orange blob, counter when it is stunned.
5. With a POH pool: house tab between kills and return via the fairy ring.

• 💡 Black mask weighs 7.7 kg more than the Slayer helm: lets you use a defender and still hit 40 kg. Adamant is heavier than rune.
• 💡 Drops watermelons: slice them with a knife and eat in the cave. Bracelet of slaughter as it dies to prolong the task.
