Mechanics: what hits you and what to pray
Group boss beneath Slepe (Priest in Peril). 3 phases: break her shield, charge the 4 totems and each blast takes 800 of her 2400 HP. She uses all 3 styles with short cues and many phase-specific specials. Solo kills take over 16 minutes.

Basic attacks
Ranged: she contorts with clicking sounds (3 ticks). Magic: pink petals (3 ticks). Melee: she charges her claws (2 ticks) and hits everyone in front and under her; wrong prayer on melee deals 120%. She targets the highest Defence: the tank stands in front, nobody else.
Grasping Claws
Black portals under every player in all 3 phases. Step to a tile without a portal or take up to 50.
Sleepwalkers
At the start of phases 2 and 3 sleepwalkers walk toward her (10 HP, die to any hit). Each one that reaches her increases her power blast; solo, if you miss it you die.
Phase 1: husks and flowers
Husks freeze you until killed (blue magic, green ranged). Corpse Flowers split the room in 4: stay in the quadrant with white flowers on both sides; red berries hit 20 per tick and heal her.
Phase 2: curse and parasites
Curse shuffles your prayers for 5 attacks (Magic turns on Missiles, Missiles turns on Melee, Melee turns on Magic). Parasite: drink Sanfew serum before it bursts (~11 s) and kill it or it heals her shield.
Phase 3: surge and spores
She teleports to an edge and dashes across (60): get out of her path. Spores have a 3x3 AoE: they disable run and slow your attacks by 1 tick.
Step by step
- Get to Slepe (Drakan's medallion with Slepey tablet, Spider cave teleport or Hallowed Sepulchre plus shortcut). Eat an Anglerfish and sip stamina first.
- Break the shield with crush melee and Piety while praying against each attack. One Elder maul or DWH special per phase (Defence floor of 120).
- When the shield drops stop hitting her and charge the 4 totems with magic (double damage; the ghost thrall helps). Fully charged they deal 800.
- At the start of phases 2 and 3 kill every sleepwalker; an SGS special on them restores HP and Prayer.
- Repeat shield and totems 3 times. In phase 3 plan which tile to step to so you dodge claws without popping spores.

Ironman tips
- 💡 Solo you need an Amulet of blood fury and/or Sanguinesti staff to counter the chip damage; solos are mostly for CAs or practising Phosani's.
- 💡 Sanfew serum weakens the parasite (40 HP instead of 80). You can click the HP orb to drink it.
- 💡 She is not undead: Salve amulet does nothing. Totems have no stats: only magic damage bonus matters.
